HTA funding and The Yorkshire Health Study

The NIHR HTA currently are wanting to fund research to evaluate clinical and public health interventions using efficient designs – including exploitation of existing cohorts, simple randomised trials allowing rapid recruitment and follow-up.

The innovative Yorkshire Health Study cohort of 22,000 ‘research ready’ adults is designed to facilitate rapid and efficient recruitment to randomised trials using the cmRCT design

If you think you have an idea for a randomised trial which would utilise the Yorkshire Health Study, do contact us for an informal chat.

All ideas (small or large) are welcome!!

The NIHR HTA funding call requires a two page ‘Expression of Interest’ before 16th July. Please do contact us by 14th May.

Best wishes
