About the conference

Hosted by the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University Management School, the biennial Institute of Work Psychology Conference is now in its fifth year. Each event has welcomed over 200 delegates from across 36 countries.

Our internationally recognised conference focuses on cutting-edge research and theoretical contributions from all areas of work and organisational psychology, with particular focus on the areas of work, wellbeing and performance.

We invite high quality submissions in all areas of work, applied social, organisational, industrial, occupational and vocational psychology and in the related fields of organisational behaviour and human resource management.

We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which allows many of our friends and colleagues from across our discipline and related areas to come together and network, share and develop high quality research, and allow themselves to develop and find new collaborative partners and opportunities.
