Abstract

How can we help to develop cultures of high quality, continually improving and compassionate care in the challenging circumstances we face in our health services and, at the same time, ensuring the well-being and growth of those who provide that care – our staff? And how can we become more effective at leading and working across boundaries to ensure the effectiveness of ‘systems’ such as ICSs and STPs?

This session offers the research evidence and practical guidance necessary to help us ensure compassion, high quality and innovation are at the heart of health care cultures in their organisations.
