Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Translational Research Centre
‘Delivering research to make healthcare safer’
Citizen Participation Group

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated members of the public to join a
citizen participation group to advise the new Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety
Translational Research Centre (Y-H PSTRC). This is a new centre funded by the
National Institute for Health Research in partnership with Bradford Teaching
Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Universities of Leeds and Bradford.
We are looking to build a patient and public involvement group to help us
understand what matters most to patients, carers and families and help with specific
research projects. We would like you to have recent experience using healthcare
services as a patient, carer or as a family member and you will need to be able to
listen and respect other people’s views and join in discussions. We will invite you to
events a few times a year so you will need to have access to email so we can keep in
touch and reimburse your expenses.

Interested? Come and find about how you can get involved
Join us at either:

The Midland Hotel, Bradford, 27th March 2018, 6 – 7PM
Or
Pudsey Civic Hall, 12th April 2018, 6 – 7 PM

Refreshments provided

If you would like to book a place at either event please contact:
