Working with older people who are living with frailty is an increasingly important aspect of practice in primary and community care.
The NIHR CLAHRC Yorkshire and Humber is looking at ways to improve care for older patients living with frailty and their family caregivers.
The research team is inviting health professionals working in primary and/ or community services to take part in an online survey. They are keen to hear from a broad range of health care professionals.
