Funding proposals for #Evidenceintopractice new research programme from @HealthFdn

The Health Foundation has launched a call for proposals for its new research programme, Evidence into Practice.

We would be very grateful if you could add a link to this research opportunity with some information about it in your newsletter, bulletin and social media or on your website to make your audiences aware of this new programme. Funding available to put research findings into action to improve health service delivery (longer version 83 words)

The Health Foundation has £300,000 available to help research teams bridge the gap between academic research and actionable information for people practicing in the field.

This new programme will help fund the development of tools and resources, based on completed research studies, to support the implementation of findings into practice. We are looking for ideas that appear innovative and likely to have impact.
