Co-designing Hepatitis C services using PPI

As part of a knowledge translation project looking at how we deliver improvements to the experience of people attending Hep C services to reduce the amount of Do Not Attends (DNAs) we delivered co-design sessions where current and ex-users of services worked with service providers to surface their own knowledge of the client group and what proposals might support more people to access the service.

The workshop used a range of creative methods to ensure a low barrier to participation and ensure that all participants had an equal voice.  New services are being piloted and the findings of the project will be shared in a range of formats. Please contact daniel.wolstenholme@sth.nhs.uk if you have any queries about this project.
