Yorkshire & Humber Digital Health and Wellbeing Ecosystem meeting

The Yorkshire & Humber Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) are pleased to announce the second Yorkshire and Humber Digital Health and Wellbeing Ecosystem meeting. You are invited to attend the second #YHDigitalHealthEco meeting. Arrival 9am for a 9.30am start – 2pm at The Source, Sheffield. This meeting is for all digital health and wellbeing stakeholders including NHS (commissioners and providers), patients, local authority,policy makers, industry and voluntary sector. Explore funding opportunities to accelerate digital health & wellbeing collaborative project Learn from partners who have successfully implemented digital health services to enhance patient care pathways The Yorkshire & Humber Academic Health Science Network has established the ‘Digital Health and Wellbeing Ecosystem’ to bring together partners from health and social care, academia, industry, the voluntary sector and patient organisations, increasing the uptake of digital health technology and in turn, enhancing patient care. The Ecosystem, member of the European Connected Health Alliance (ECHA), international Network of Permanent Ecosystems, was unveiled at an exclusive launch event at Horizon, Leeds in December.
