Welcome to our Spring Collaborative Learning Event

Our collaborative learning events aim to foster dialogue and shared learning among clinicians, patients and researchers leading quality improvement in Northwest London. The day features a stimulating mix of keynote speakers, workshops and interactive learning sessions and a number of opportunities for you to network with other delegates and meet the teams involved in our projects in Early Years, Breathlessness, Mental and Physical Wellbeing and Frailty.

At this event we will be exploring Mental and Physical Wellbeing.

A series of interactive sessions will enable shared learning on:

  •  Potential of  mindfulness based stress reduction
  •  Using data  to assess quality & improve practice: the case of psychological therapies
  •  Respiratory & psychological wellbeing
  •   Web Improvement Support for Healthcare: Drop in clinic
