Aphasia friendly booklet Clinical Trials and Stroke produced by The Stroke Association and NIHR Stroke Research Network. For those of who don’t this booklet was developed to help raise awareness of clinical trials to people with aphasia and to support research practitioners in recruitment of stroke survivors with aphasia to clinical trials. The booklet uses pictures to tell the research story – I picked up a copy at the INVOLVE Conference if any of you would like to see it, or for more information please contact Zena Jones at zena.jones@nihr.ac.uk

The Clinical Research Network has also worked with people with aphasia to collate existing resources and develop new materials to help people with aphasia participate in research. These resources are freely available and the full resource pack is available at
