Opportunities for public members of NIHR Research Programmes We currently have opportunities for public members to work with our Efficacy and Mechanism Evaluation (EME) Programme and our Public Health Research (PHR) Programme. These are key roles on our committees which ensure that the public are actively involved in discussions and decisions about our research. Public panel or board members help to identify and raise issues from the perspective of patients and the public that are relevant to the research.
The roles are:
- Public/patient Member of the EME Prioritisation Group – closing date Monday 22 September
- Public/patient Member of the EME Board – closing date Monday 22 September
- Public/patient Member of the PHR Research Funding Board – Friday 26 September
